Masks III

Our assignment for this week is:

I want you to make or find 3 images to use rain masks on. Use the one you made in class on one then make another mask with a heavier rain then make one with just a very light rain. Post your 3 different rain shots on your homework page. Yes , this means that you have to make 2 extra rain masks! lol You might end up doing this assignment with an umbrella or maybe, "singing in the rain"! ;o)

Here is the image I finished in class.

Here is my second image. I just couldn't bear the thought of the man getting all wet so, I gave him an umbrella. ;-) For this mask, I clicked 3 times to create a heavier rain. When I applied the mask to the image, I mirrored the rain so it would be coming from a different direction. I picked up a color from the lake and lightened it for the rain color.

This is my third image. On this one, I clicked 5 times when I created the mask. I picked up a color from the water and lightened it for the fill. Because the rain was so heavy, I lowered the opacity on the rain frame to 90.
